As Head of PMO, Joyce directs and oversees the programme management office, working and collaborating with others to ensure that programmes and projects meet their set goals and requirements. Other core responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting the science leads, project and research teams; project planning; supporting budget planning; risks and resource allocation; and developing fit for purpose processes.
