Lyndsey is accountable for all aspects of administration and finance for the institute. She has overall responsibility for effective governance and for the delivery of operational and support services to the IOI.

Lyndsey previously worked at the Francis Crick Institute for 10 years, initially joining as a Strategic Projects Manager to support the original COO in setting up the institute. She oversaw the operational establishment of the Translation team function at the Crick and was responsible for Translation core funds, grants, a large philanthropic gift, as well as programme management of the translation project portfolio. Prior to this she held various roles in Research Strategy and in Operations in the Faculty of Medicine at Imperial College London. Lyndsey completed her PhD in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at UCL followed by a post-doc in the Department of Medicine also at UCL.
