Sophie is responsible for day-to-day communications at the IOI, including social media, our website and newsletters. She also supports IOI events and public engagement activities.

Before joining the IOI, Sophie worked as an administrator for the University of Oxford Equality and Diversity Unit, and has previously worked in student support and advocacy. She studied Psychology at Royal Holloway, and has a passion for accessibility and inclusion in education, and in science particularly.
